We are delighted to announce that Peak Ales have taken on the Lamb Inn at Holymoorside on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

Set in the heart of Holymoorside, a peaceful village on the outskirts of Chesterfield, the Lamb Inn is a quaint, traditional village pub popular with locals and has two separate bar areas with bench style seating, a roaring log fire in winter months and a pretty walled terrace for alfresco drinks.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for Peak Ales. Traditional wet led pubs are becoming a rarity. I am pleased that the Lamb will remain open and welcome all who are looking for good beer and good company in a friendly pub.” Robert Evans

The date stone over the front door is from 1760 but the first record as a public house is from c1851 when it formed part of the local butchers! Since then, the building has been extended and modified and Peak Ales will add their stamp to it with a programme of refurbishment in 2022.
